Follow the Route Markers for the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 Cycling Road Race Course!

As we announced in October 2023, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has been promoting efforts to pass on the excitement and memories of the Tokyo 2020 Games to future generations by placing route markers (distance markers) on the Tokyo metropolitan roads where the Olympic cycling road race was held, so that cyclists and others will recognize the course as a legacy of the Games.

We are pleased to announce that route markers have been placed on 24 metropolitan roads and at Musashinonomori Park (Fuchu City, Chofu City, and Mitaka City), the starting point of the Olympic cycling road race.
