Invest Tokyo Seminar 2015

With the aim to draw more talent, information, and investment, and transform Tokyo into a city that is even more open to global business, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) is advancing efforts to attract foreign companies and develop a business-friendly environment.
Such efforts resulted in attracting 41 companies―31 companies conducting mainly involved in research and development and 10 companies conducting marketing operations and other business over the past two years.
A seminar introducing the many forms of support available will be held as follows for foreign-affiliated companies planning to expand to Tokyo’s special economic zones and foreign embassies and chambers of commerce in Japan, and other relevant organizations.
In this seminar, you will be able to learn about the support provided by the Tokyo One-Stop Business Establishment Center, which supports foreign companies and start-ups in establishing their company. In addition to this, there will be a special lecture on business management strategy for successful operations and a talk session by the representatives of foreign companies who received TMG’s support in their advance into Tokyo’s Special Zone for Asian Headquarters, as well as one-on-one consultations.
