Presentation at SportAccord International Convention
平成25（2013）年5月30日（木曜）午後、猪瀬知事は、サンクトペテルブルク市のレンエキスポ展示会場で開催されているスポーツアコード会議で、2020年オリンピック・パラリンピック競技大会の東京招致に向けて、英語でプレゼンテーションを行いました。
終了後、記者団に「何が東京は一番いいのか、運営能力を含めて、ホスピタリティを強く説明しました。東京の魅力を少しユーモアを交えながら説明して、会場で笑ってくれる反応があったので、良かったのではないかと思います」と振り返りました。
In the afternoon of Thursday, May 30, Governor Inose made a presentation in English promoting Tokyo’s bid to host the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games at the SportAccord International Convention being held at the Lenexpo Exhibition Complex in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Afterwards, the governor commented to the media gathered, “I made a strong presentation explaining what Tokyo’s best points are, which include its management capabilities and spirit of hospitality. Mixing in a bit of humor as I described the attractions of Tokyo, and receiving some laughs in response, I think the presentation went well overall.”
