Governor Inose departs for Hanoi for the ANMC21 Plenary Meeting
平成25（2013）年11月17日（日曜）夕刻、猪瀬知事はアジア大都市ネットワーク21（ANMC21）第12回総会に出席するため、成田空港からハノイ市（ベトナム社会主義共和国）に向けて出発しました。
知事は、ハノイ市で総会に出席する他、ANMC21会員都市の首長等との意見交換やハノイ国家大学で講演を行います。
ANMC21とは、東京都の呼びかけにより平成13（2001）年に設立され、現在13都市より構成される国際的なネットワークです。アジアの首都及び大都市が連携を強化することにより、アジア地域の重要性を高め、共通の課題に共同して取り組んだ成果をアジア地域の繁栄と発展につなげていことを目的としています。
On the evening of Sunday, November 17, Governor Inose departed from Narita Airport for Hanoi, Vietnam, to attend the 12th Plenary Meeting of the Asian Network of Major Cities 21 (ANMC21).
During his visit, the governor will also exchange views with top officials from other ANMC21 member cities, and deliver a speech at Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
The ANMC21 is an international network established in 2001 under the initiative of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Currently consisting of 13 cities, the network aims to enhance the international profile of Asia by strengthening bonds and cooperation among Asian capitals and major cities, and to apply the outcome of joint projects addressing common challenges for the prosperity and development of the region.
