Governor Inose attends the second day of the ANMC21 Plenary Meeting
平成25（2013）年11月19日（火曜）猪瀬知事は、昨日に引き続き、アジア大都市ネットワーク21総会（2日目）に出席しました。
本日の総会では、2日間にわたる議論を受けて、新たな取組として、定期的な専門家会議、共同調査、見本市展開などの経済交流を行う「経済交流促進のプラットフォーム」の立ち上げや、都市における個別・共通課題によりタイムリーに対応し、時限的・単発的に政策連携を深めるための「パイロット・プログラム」制度の発足などを盛り込んだハノイ宣言が採択され満場の合意がなされました。
次回総会は、平成26（2014）年にトムスク市（ロシア連邦）で開催される予定です。
On Tuesday, November 19, Governor Inose attended the Plenary Meeting of the Asian Network of Major Cities 21 (ANMC21) for a second day.
Following discussions held over the course of the two-day meeting, the Hanoi Declaration was unanimously adopted by representatives. New initiatives incorporated into the Declaration, included the launch of a “Pilot Program” framework to promote limited-time or one-time policy coordination in order to facilitate response to individual or common issues that affect cities in a timely manner, as well as the creation of the Platform for Technology and Industry to include regular meetings of experts, joint studies, trade fair exhibitions, and other types of economic exchange.
The next ANMC21 Plenary Meeting is scheduled to be held in 2014 in the City of Tomsk (Russian Federation).
