The 2020 Games Top Leaders Meeting

On Tuesday, June 24, Governor Masuzoe attended the 2020 Games Top Leaders Meeting, which was also attended by Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games President Yoshiro Mori, Minister in charge of the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games and Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Hakubun Shimomura, Japanese Olympic Committee President Tsunekazu Takeda, and Japanese Paralympic Committee President Mitsunori Torihara.

At the meeting the participants discussed the review of the venue plans, as well as their plans for the first meeting with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Coordination Commission to be held from June 25 to 27.
