The incoming South Korean ambassador visits the governor

On Tuesday, September 9, H.E. Mr. Heung-soo Yoo, the incoming Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Japan, paid a courtesy call on Governor Masuzoe.

At the meeting, the governor said, "Although a range of issues exist between our countries, Japan and South Korea will resolve these issues one-by-one. I also want to contribute to developing a promising future relationship between the two countries. In order to make the 2020 Games a success, I hope to learn from South Korea's experience hosting the Incheon Asia Games."
