Official visit to London and Berlin (Lecture at the Royal Institute of International Affairs, Chatham House)

On Friday, October 31, Governor Masuzoe gave a lecture at London's Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs. In front of an enthusiastic audience, the governor conveyed the image of Tokyo as it vigorously grows pushing ahead toward the future.
