Governor of the Municipality of Phnom Penh visits the Governor

On Friday, March 25, Pa Socheatvong, Governor of the Municipality of Phnom Penh, met with Governor Masuzoe.

Along with expressing his wishes to continue to build even stronger ties between Tokyo and Phnom Penh, the governor introduced Tokyo Tech Book, a compilation of the technologies and expertise possessed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government which aims to contribute to resolving urban issues in Japan and abroad. Furthermore, with respect to issues brought about by the development of Cambodia, the governor offered Tokyo’s assistance with urban planning in Phnom Penh.
