3. Main bills

Continuing, I would like to now speak about the main bills we are presenting at this regular assembly session.

In preparation for the start of the “My Number” social security and tax number system, we wish to newly establish the Ordinance for the Protection of Specific Personal Information to ensure the safe and proper handling of individual numbers and other personal information. Next, the Ordinance for the Management of TMG Employee Retirement is being proposed as a result of last year’s amendment of the Local Public Service Act. With this ordinance and others, including the enactment of the Ordinance for the Enforcement of the Administrative Appeal Act, we will work to ensure proper management of the TMG organization.
