Seeking participants for “TOKYO HALF-DAY GUIDED WALKING TOURS”
Go for a leisurely stroll and rediscover Tokyo’s charms!

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau (TCVB) are furthering initiatives to promote local tourism by conveying the charms of various areas of Tokyo.
Having collected walking tours from tourism associations, etc. in various places in Tokyo, we are now recruiting participants for “TOKYO HALF-DAY GUIDED WALKING TOURS”.

Walking tour event

1.Operational period

14 September (Saturday) to 15 December (Sunday) 2019

2.Event outline

Guides will show you the hidden charms of various historical/traditional, natural and gourmet places in Tokyo.

• Japanese tours: 35 routes
• English tours: 12 routes

3.Application procedure

• Japanese tours
  Applications accepted from 12:00pm on August 22 2019 at the official website of “TOKYO HALF-DAY GUIDED WALKING TOURS” at https://www.burattokyosampo.com/(External link).
• English tours
  Applications accepted from 10:00am on September 2 2019 at the official website of “TOKYO HALF-DAY GUIDED WALKING TOURS” at https://burattokyosampo.com/en/(External link).

※It is possible to apply over the phone (in Japanese only) by calling the TOKYO HALF-DAY GUIDED WALKING TOURS Project Team (number below). There are also tours for which one may apply directly to the tourism association (or relevant organization). Please refer to the website for further details.
