Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture
Civic Creative Base Tokyo (CCBT) is pleased to announce that the five Artist Fellows groups for FY2023 have been selected following a screening process of more than 100 applications. These groups will work together as partners with Tokyo Metropolitan Government and CCBT to create artistic expression, creative exploration and positive action to change Tokyo into a better city through creativity and technology.

First brought to life in October 2022 in Shibuya, CCBT is a hub where the public can explore their creative imaginations in society (civic creativity) through the use of art and digital technology. Centering on a creative lab and studios, CCBT is a flexible venue capable of hosting workshops, symposiums, lectures, and more to serve as an engine for creativity.
