Send Your Designs to Metaverse Users Around the World!
“Digital Yukata Creator Fest”

1st Round: Creative Event on March 2 (Sat)

Civic Creative Base Tokyo (CCBT), a creative center, co-sponsored by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, merging art and digital technology, , will organize “Digital Yukata Creator Fest” in collaboration with MetaTokyo Inc., a startup engaged in developing a “Global Cultural City” in the metaverse. In the first round of the fest, ‘Creative Event’ will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024, on the first floor of SusHi Tech Square (in front of Yurakucho Station).

For this program, we have planned an event that will provide opportunities for many visitors to casually immerse themselves in the digital creative world through real creative experiences integrated into the metaverse space.
This event will also bring together top creators — Tokolo Asao, KAREN11 and Soultry Dubs— from Japan and abroad as guest artists!

1st round: Creative Event (set for Saturday, March 2!)

Try your hand at designing a “digital yukata” using pens and markers, just like a coloring book.

Upcoming schedule

2nd round: Voting Event

From among the “digital yukata” clothes designed in the first round, Creative Event, 30 will be selected by popular voting and displayed and distributed at the CCBT set up inside the metaverse.

3rd round: Metaverse Event

At this event to be held at the CCBT site inside the metaverse, the avatars of metaverse users from around the world will gather together, wearing the “digital yukata” clothes assigned to them. On the day of the event, a live viewing is also planned at the real-world venue.
