The Tokyo Metropolitan Government offers consultation and a counseling service for foreign people living in Tokyo. Our staff will give advice on matters which you have problems with or would like to know more about. Please feel free to contact the Consultation Service Office.

- Problems concerning your family and children
Ordinarily, consultation is carried out over the phone, but please drop in if it is particularly necessary.
Consultation is completely free and confidentiality is strictly observed.
