Robot Concierges Installed
(Installment locations: Shimbashi Station, Shinjuku-nishiguchi Station)
The Bureau of Transportation of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has introduced interactive-type robot concierges using AI for the convenience of visitors to Tokyo, improving their experience on the Tokyo Metro.
The robot system provides visitors with information on transfer routes and sites around the station using a voice interactive system with a robot and display screen. This new way of providing information services to visitors eliminates the need for direct human contact.
